If you were to go to this terrific integrative dentist, Dr. Sukel, you would hardly feel a thing. He took my 6+ fillings out in 2 hours. I have never ever NOT felt the pain of a novacaine shot
before, so this was a first, because I can actually say, it did not hurt! Maybe the guy is magical, I don’t get it. It was more of an endurance effort, trying to breath through my nose for 2 hours when I tend to be a mouth breather, and I kept focusing on what he was doing to my teeth instead of focusing on the breathing. That was truly the hardest part.
If you do consider it, he told me to tell my friends that it’s critical to have a dentist take the very careful precautions (as outlined on his website) for removing mercury fillings so that you don’t get a big dose into your body which could potentially tip off a health crisis of some sort. Also, it’s important to know what they’re being replaced with….i.e. not other metals and rather, a biocompatible substance (mine are a very new substance called
holistor).

I did one month of Hobon homeopathic chelating/dotoxing. Now I just stick with Mercola's diet plan for me.
My adrenals were shot and got built up for a few months first with the help of Mercola's practice.
