        If you can get colonics, or buy one of those colema boards, it would help you. The toxins passing through the body at this time make you feel pretty lousey. Getting them really flushed out with colonics or the colema board is the most efficient and quickest way to get them out of there. And it is a great way to get the crud out of the colon in a very deep cleaning way.

        She'll give you ideas of what supplements you can get, probiotics-- some of which aren't very expensive like making kefir out of soy milk and taking unrefined, organic apple cider vinnegar.
        I've been on the diet for about three years now. It took about two years before I felt I got my balance back pretty much. The liver cleansing part of it was the most intense and lasted for about a year. But everyone is different. I think I was a pretty extreme case.
