Hi Dan
Thanks so much for your reply - I have actually found some difference since following the diet, but I wasn't sure if that was so much the diet or the fact that I also completely cut out alcohol which I think was contributing a lot towards my UTI's - I shall definitely be sticking with it for the duration - although not 100% I'm sure - I really miss Thai food!.
I'm taking L Glutamine and Colostrum for the LGS - and I shall definitely get some enzymes, I'm also taking TriPlex which is the pre mixed version of H Clark's anti parasite herbs - nothing has come out as yet but I'm hoping that it's working, from what I understood without killing parasites it's very hard if not impossible to get completely healthy.
Thanks for your advice, much appreciated.
Gwen :)

Hi Gwen,I try to stick to it but I am by no means perfect.Oh yes, it definately works, I have testimonialsto prove it. If you don't feel comfortable drinkinga lot of milk don't. But don't cut it out completely.I would also get a good chewable digestive enzymeand take them with meals and inbetween meals. They will help with the leaky gut. Sodium ascorbatewould help also--take 1000mgs per 15 pounds bodyweight with 3000mgs Lysine and 500mgs Prolinewhich are amino acids. Glyconutrients are good forthe intestine as well. They have stopped many abloody colon for people I have helped proving theywork.Dan
Gwenlli Davies <ourbigtrip2003@...> wrote:Hi DanI noticed in your reply you mentioned that everybody should go on the Blood Type Diet - my naturopath has recently told me to start on this diet and I have been sticking to it (although not 100%) for about a month now - do you acutally follow this diet? Do you think it acutally works? I'm a type B and as such should be eating and drinking dairy - but my naturopath also diagnosed Leaky Gut Syndrome - for which I'm told it's best to avoid dairy - the naturopath has told me to carry on with dairy regardless (I don't really trust this naturopath to be honest and I shan't be seeing him again) but I just don't know who to believe anymore and I just want the LGS healed as I think this has been contributing to the chronic UTI's I've been suffering.Any advice/comments would be gratefully received. Many thanksGwen

Guess I should clear out the junk huh?If the truth be told candida is the most over diagnosed condition there is, period. Most people just have a case of colon toxicity like you have mentioned. Along with liver toxicity and quite possibly leaky gut syndrome. You don't have to have candida to have leaky gut contrary to popular belief. I suggest everyone gets on the blood type diet and does a parasite/colon cleanse first thing, then move on to the candida specific products from there.Great Smokies labs does a stool test for bacteria and yeast. You can have a blood test done for yeast antibodies. Any doctor can oreder these tests if you can convince them, your chances are better with a Naturopath.Canker sores can be herpes you know?I am a Certified Clinical Nutritionist from the U. of Miami School of Complimentary Medicine. Other than that, years of personal research, reading and clinical trials.I also have to add this is not my list, I do not know who started it and I have no idea how many people are still subscribed or what happened to them. We used to be quite active at one time and then it just stopped, everyone is cured I guess proving this group rocks.Hope that answers your questions,DanDan,
So what should people be doing about colon toxicity?
I read that there are no tests for candida. Yes? No?
I recently started taking a tablet that is a Chinese formula of echinacea complex for supporting the immune system. Its name is Yin Chiao.
My canker sores have been reduced considerably but have not totally disappeared.
(For those of us who are new to the list, Dan, what is your training?)
Thanks.
Sally
