Hi, I was diagnosed with Canadida in August of 2001 - I had been
suffering with Candida for about 15 years prior to being diagnosed
with this disease. I was starting to wonder what was wrong with me
as according to the doctors I was healthy - even though I did not
feel it...... A naturopath was the one that diagnosed me and put me
on a path to improving my health..... I noticed some improvement with
following the strict diet of no sugar, yeast, dairy, caffeine,
processed foods, as well as I did not eat any leftovers or dried
fruits or cereals.... I tried to do the rotation diet - but did not
have much success with it as I found it too hard to eat something
different every day.... One thing I did discover, is that I felt much
better if I stuck to eating only meat and vegetables or grains and
vegetables but not all three food groups together. In January of
2002 a good friend of mine shared some information about
glyconutrients and that since she had added in these supplements to
her diet her health conditions had improved. I started on these all
natural products in January 2002 and have recently been to an
Iredologist and Candida did not show up as being a health concern
anymore..... I feel that these products have given my body the
proper nutrition it needed in order to fight the Candida - as one of
the books that I read on Candida stated that unless you can build up
your immune system - eating all the proper foods will not rid your
body of this yeast.....

or information on these products I would be happy to share this - as
well I am interested in hearing more information on this disease and
am always looking for new recipes - as I feel that by following the
Candida diet - it is just getting back to the basics of eating
healthy and cutting out all the food that is not good for us - As
before I was diagnosed with Candida I thought I ate healthy - little
did I know that I wasn't even close......
