Here's the first question/case.

Pathology report reads: Right breast mass excision, high grade ductal
carcinoma in situ, solid and cribriform types, w/cancerization of
lobules and associated calcifications. No invasive carcinoma.
(Comment: DCIS presenting very focally and spreads only several
millimeters in size.)

What would be the histology code?

Rule H6 in the Multiple Primary & Histology manual would apply to this case: Code 8523/2 (intraductal carcinoma mixed with other types of in situ carcinoma)...
