Reply from Laurie - I agree. All other previous forms of treatment
were performed for the left breast cancer whether she is disease
free from that primary or not. Anything instituted now would need
to be catagorized as first course treatment for a new primary. It
will be important to document her 2nd primary in the information
about the 1st primary since she was treated with Tamoxifen to
prevent breast cancer and did end up with a 2nd breast cancer.
