My patient was dx'd 4.5 yrs ago w/lt breast cancer & was placed on
Tamoxifen at that time. She has now presented with cancer in her rt
breast. She was treated by lumpectomy & then mastectomy w/axillary
dissection. The physician did not call this mets from previous breast
ca, so I have put her in as having another primary. The physcian has
recommended that she continue Tamoxifen. What date do I put in for
the Tamoxifen??
