Yes, a person can enroll for one module (containing 3-4 courses) or once
course at a time. The price is dependent on which is chosen. I have decided on
one course at a time for financial reasons. The course and books came to 250$ or
so. Shipping and handling to Southeast Alaska from the lower 48 isn't always

I think your the employees you mentioned are really fortunate, from my
perspective. On-the-job training is a great way to go right into the mud with
your boots on, so-to-speak. If there were such a facility in Alaska, I would be
making plans to participate, but there aren't, so, I'll do what I can for now by
working in the health information field and taking the AHIMA course online.
