Hi there,
I took a few classes online through SBCC (santa Barbara City College), I
thought they were helpful and it is a good program.
But if you are just looking for a book to study there is a textbook on the
subject, and it just came out with a second edition. I recently took the
CTR exam and passed, reading the textbook helped a lot, especially in the
areas of how all the various overseeing agencies have thier fingers in the
cancer registry pie.
Also helpful is a read through the ACOS standards. They are available
online and there were quite some questions on registry operations and what
the ACOS requirements are. The textbook may be ordered at a reduced price
if you are an NCRA member.
Hope that helps,
Marie
