H&P:
Pelvic pain and adnexal mass. 10 lb weight loss. s/p hysterectomy
20 years ago for benign disease.

Path report:
Contents left ovary, fragments of high grade papillary adenoca of
ovary (9.5x2.5x3.5 cm). Lt oophorectomy, high grade papillary adenoca
of ovary (7.8x7.5x4.5cm mass) tumor inv ovarian surface. Rt
oophorectomy, high grade papillary adenoca of ovary (2.0 cm mass).
Additional lt ovary, high grade papillary adenoca of ovary
(2.7x3.5x2.2 cm). Omentum neg for malignancy. Peritoneal fluid,
papillary adenoca.

CT:
Complex mass composed of cystic and solid elements with multiple
septations and an accompanying 1 cm calcification at left hemiplevis.


US pelvis:
111x91x79mm mass.

Op Note:
Smooth walled midline mass approx 10x12 cm in overall size.
Pelvic mass went from round ligament to round ligament.
