Checklist elements for breast are not required to be filled out for
re-excisions that do not have residual primary tumor or presence of
lymph nodes. However, if lymph nodes or residual tumor is present
on a re-excision procedure, such information is important in the
primary staging of the neoplasm and the checklist elements need to
be present.
