It does not always rotate in that pattern, due to certain
circumstances.

The NCRA membership roster has a list of presidents and meeting
sites, where I found a few problems. This has been resolved and the
cleaned up list will appear in the 2004 membership roster. I do have
the correct list.

The NCRA board of directors just last week picked the meeting sites
for 2006 and 2007. The site for 2005 is New Orleans.
