Hi,
I was wondering if anyone out there has put their staging forms
online for the doctors' to complete as part of an electronic record.
We are an offsite Cancer Center and cannot get over to Med. Rec. to
put the sheets in the charts for completion. Med. Rec. is doing what
we manually send over and it is causing confusion and non-
compliance. Our last survey we were cited for this so we are looking
for a way to make it easier for everyone concerned. Does anyone know
a way to add the form to LCR or a deficiency system so that it can be
available and flagged for the doctors to complete online? Our IS
tech said it is very complicated to do as it stands now and perhaps
to look for software that can do this. Anyone know of anything like
this? I would be interested in hearing from others how you handle
the staging sheet issue at your facility.
