We have three people working from home in my office (as I'm not one of them,
I can't really provide a lot of details). The key issue was apparently
enlisting the Info Systems people to ensure absolute security to avoid any
breaches
of confidentiality.

I'll ask one of my co-workers if she'll join this list -- she can speak to
the pluses and minuses from personal experience. We both attended the NCRA
session about working from home and although she wasn't a speaker, she was able
to
offer some commentary which seemed to be helpful.
