Regarding billing for the registry. My Director and I have been
discussing this for weeks now. he brought to me the CPT coding
manual yesterday. Codes 99361 and 99362 are multidisciplinary
consultations. The only difference is the time, the 61 code is for
30 mins and the 62 code is for 60 mins. Our presentation usually
last 15 mins per patients. Does anyone else use or have they had
experience with these particular codes? Thanks.
