Where and when are the prep classes for the CTR exam?

I hope this is not inappropriate.

I taught part of a CTR prep class last week and recommended the NCRA
textbook "Cancer Registry Management". One enrollee has emailed me
to ask if I know of any available used copies, as a new copy is a
large expense for her at this time, and this would not be subsidized
by her facility.

If anyone knows of any unloved copies floating around that are
looking for new homes, could you e-mail me? I appreciate it and I
know the other registrar will also. Please let me know if I'm out of
line in posting a message like this.
