Hi - I'm not sure if this is what you are looking for, but it gives a
pretty good overview. Check out
www.facs.org/dept/cancer/coc/fordsmanual.html. Scroll to the bottom
of the page and there is a section entitled "Additional Information" -
the 2 PDF files gives you the an overview of what is staying and what
is no longer required. It does show when the data info is deferred
