TNM 88s and TNM 99s   Message List
Reply | Forward Message #1178 of 1572 |
I think there are certain fields which are
unclear in ROADS and FORDS and can lead to discrepancies in data
collection.

Although there is a staging group for Lymphoma, the TNMs are 88s and
if
there is no stage group it should be 88. This also applies to
leukemia
and CNS tumors.

If there is a AJCC staging group but TNM are unknown, then TNMs are 99
and stage group is 99.

I know at MSKCC we have difficulty with this field, I wonder if other
Registries have this difficulty. Thank you.
