Re: ICD-O's Falling Apart

I have taken apart all of my books (ICD-0, Seer Summary Stage, AJCC,
etc), put the pages of each book in a protective cover (can purchase
in any office supply) and put them on a book stand.

Instead of having multiple books open on my desk, they are all
together and I flip to what I need for the chart I'm working on. I
have tabbed the pages I use the most so they can be found easier.

I hope that helps!
