There are many sites for online phone books that are free - but they
only work if the patient has a "listed" number. You can also try the
social security site for date of death for those cases with a poor
survival rate or choose by age. Can you use DMV records in your
area? Check your state registry and see if they allow access to
state & county records, sometimes you can access voter registration
or other public records.
