Hi all, we are scheduled for our first official visit from a
physician from the college first quater of 2003.

Our inspectors name is: Thomas J. Tachovsky, MD, FACS.

Does anybody have experience with him as an inspectore in the past?
Any insight you could offer me pertaining to him would be fantastic.
