Just received a letter at our facility that the videoconference will
be invoiced for $225.00. We were very surprised at this. There is
nothing mentioned about fees on the website and a vague sentence in
the specification letter stated "FEE: each participating institution
supports any fees associated with connecting to the
videoconference." WIth over 300 facilities participating, that would
generate over $60,000.00...Would like to hear comments on this. Just
us Cancer Registrars here were going to watch the VC, but don't have
monies budgeted for anything like this. Guess we will have to wait
for the Video at $25.
