I am so thrilled to see 261 members in this club. I hope that you
will all use it to your best advantage.

In the past I would e-mail all members questions about cases and have
them post their answers. Now, since the group format has changed, I
am going to TRY to get in the HABIT of posting different cases to the
group for their ideas on how to code, stage, etc. Please post your
answers and any references to the group. Here are the first two:

1. A patient was saw at the hospital in 1994 for Ta Bladder cancer.
Then in 1999 for prostate adenocarcinoma. Again later in 1999 for Ta
Bladder cancer. Then in 2001 had carcinoma of the left pelvic
ureteric junction. Lastly in 2002 he had Ta Bladder. How many
primaries and what/when for each?

2. A path report read "cecum with tubulovillous adenoma with
intramucosal adenocarcinoma, non invasive..." What is the histology,
EOD extent, Summary Stage and T stage?
