One of our doctors needs a stage and we aren't sure what to tell
him. Pt has non-hodgkins lymphoma of the mediastinum with nodes
positive above AND below the diagphragm, positive pleural effusion
but negative bone marrow.

Does the positive pleural effusion effective the stage? What stage
would it be?
