We actually get through our agenda within 30 minutes. We have the
committee meeting just before our cancer conference so we know that
conference has to begin by 7:30. There are times in Feb and Nov that
we run a little longer because of the amount of items that have to go
through the committee.

What we found was that if everybody submits their reports in writing,
we can review it quicker. We're all needing to take some speed
reading courses though :-)

Our committee packets are so full of information that our surveyor
was able to see all of our evidence of meeting the standards.
