The rule on what is on the exam is very clear - the item in question
must have been in use for one (1) year. For example, when ICD-O-3
coding went into effect 1/1/01, it appeared on all exams after 1/1/02.
This is to give everyone adequate time to attend classes and learn
any new systems, coding, staging, rules, etc.
