I know that when I took the exam (in September of 1992), we were to
implement the ICD-0-2 coding the following January. When I recieved
my exam confirmation (and I confirmed this at the NCRA web site), we
were told the use the old coding scheme (the red book) for the exam.
You might send an inquiry to NCRA (or call) to check. I spoke with
another CTR and she told me that they always test what is current,
and never speculate on the future.
