Subject: [Cancer Registrar Group] CTR Exam

I am considering taking the CTR exam as I am currently a R.H.I.T.
with 10 years registry experience. Here is my question...

Does the CTR exam change to comply with current guidelines? By that
I mean when FORDS is in place 01/03, will the CTR exam reflect the
FORDS rules? or the ROADS rules? What about staging schemes?? 5th
edition or 6th edition.

I guess I'm wondering if anyone knows how timely the changes are
made. My guess would be that the 2003 CTR exams would still reflect
old guidelines.

Does anyone know? Or know who I could ask? I'd hate to start
studying the wrong guidelines as I think I'd shoot for taking the
exam in 2003.

Thanks!
