there are very strict rules as to when the exam content changes - new
rules,staging, standards, etc, must be in effect for 1 year before
they will appear on the exam. This ensures the candidate has had an
adequate opportunity to use the new materials and attend training
workshops.
NCRA will be administering the exam starting in 2003, and all rules
and information can be found on their website and in the handbook for
the exam.
