We see things like this pop up in one of our other yahoo group.
People can join your group and post messages even though the groups
don't allow spam or other advertisements.

NCRA set up their group so that things like this don't happen but
there have been members who feel that censorship is being done. I am
also a member of a group that is marked private and you can only join
by invitation. This is another group that sees no spam or
advertising going on within our group.
