I think she has THE ANEMIA that is hard to find

and that goes along with PTSD and many other ailments miliary mention for soldiers

or the civilians with CFIDS, CFS, FM mention:

8 signs of hemolytic anemia per medical dictionary (AIHA or IMHA)

Chills
Fatigue
Pale color
Shortness of breath
Rapid heart rate * *
Yellow skin color (jaundice)
Dark Urine (blood in urine)
Enlarged spleen
