Sorry folks. After all this time I finally found why the Discussion
page didn't show on computers that use Internet Explorer.

I used to check the Web site with both IE and Netscape. Since I started
using Firefox I got sloppy and forgot to check IE. Still, it wasn't my
fault. IE was chopping the first character of a text line that defined
the discussion page and then pretending the remaining text didn't exist.

I think I have fixed it now.
