I love it when some of the younger guys, yeah guys. . come over and cheer me on (not bad for a 66 year old gal and 17 year cancer survivor). . when I'm working out. It really makes a difference. Thanks for the inspiration. Goooooo Chuck . ..

Yesterday I ran three miles. So far, I have one hundred miles for the year, over one half million feet, over six million inches. With the snow and ice mostly gone I plan to increase my running. In three weeks the spring racing season begins for me. I would really love to win a few more races in my age group. It feels strange to contemplate that while at the start of every race I watch hundreds or thousands of runners leaving me in their dust. Yet, the few my age mostly stay behind me.
Win or not, I intend to keep running and having as much fun as I can while I'm doing it.
Shalom,
Chuck
