After a 5K race on the 4th of July I sprained my knee while hurdling a
chain across the trail I was running. Since then I have had one minor
nuisance after another that kept me from running. I didn't even get to
use my cold weather running gear. Yesterday, I did a 1 mile run to
start my spring training. If I manage to avoid little things that are
as annoying as mosquito bites I expect to be running 5K and 5 Mile
races in a month.
