I'm celebrating 15 years since my tumor was discovered. . . and my battle with the the BIG "C" began. . . I've been for check ups. . and can really celebrate the number. . . since the chemo. . . radiation and with all the smiles and strength that was shared that got me through to my victory over this monster. It is hard to believe I've been hanging around this website that long, .. . and I thank all the folks who've touched my life and gave me courage and the will to fight and now can celebrate with me year after year. Thanks to everyone. . . . and if you're reading this as a newcomer. . . just know you are NOT alone. . . we are all with you. . . and remember there are more survivors these days.
and with love from my house to yours. . . GOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooooo SURVIVORS!!!!!

Subject: [cancer_survivors_gathering_place] Jackie's millstone
Jackie just passed another millstone. Her doctor reviewed the MRI of
her head and pronounced her cancer free at 5 years.
Now she needs to have rotator cuff surgery on her pitching arm.
Hopefully she will complete rehab in time to join the Boston Red Sox
on the mound by June.
Shalom,
