Hi,
I'm new to this group. I just unsubscribed to my other groups. I'm
interested in "alternative cancer therapies." I will be reading the
posts from this site today. I need to catch up. I was dx in March
2000 with Non Hodgkins-low grade ( indolent) lymphoma. Stage 111, A (
no symptoms) and on watch and wait. I have not been given any chemo
and hope never to get chemo.
I have posted at the Flax Oil site and really enjoy that site a
lot. I started using Flax oil and cottage June 27th. I had my second
CT in July ( 18th). The nodes are not growing and I feel great. I
also drink a lot of green tea and plan on fighting and beating this
cacner. I believe in the power of prayer and that God gives us the
resources to fight & beat cancer.
I reaserach a lot of alternative approaches and am eager to see
what others have used and what has worked for them.I'm tired of
reading about chemo and cancer trials as my only choices. I know , it
is there if I ever need it etc.
Well, need to read the posts and will write more later. I'm 42,
mother of 3 and just celebrated my 20th anniversary this year to my
best friend ( Don). Unfortunately, a cancer dx.was not my idea of a
way to celebrate 20 yrs of marriage. WE will survive. It has been
hard on my kids ( ages 9,12 & 15).
