I think that your friend is in panic and, if she is not doing better,
probably in the hands of a quack.

Holistic treatment means - treating the disease in every sense:

-including standard treatments (as prescribed by the medical professionals)

-including diet change

-including change of factors in one's life causing stress

It is soooooo easy to panic and rush HOPEFULLY into the hands of people
who would like to heal but also have a financial motive.

I think the answer is to get her back in front of the medical profession
again for a review of progress - possibly with a close relative or friend to
help her/comfort her.

I attach a draft article - it describes how, December 19 2003, I was told I
had six months, maybe a year - the tears - but also the slow success based
upon the medical profession - I am happy for you to pass it to her

Love and Healing

Ian
