Hello Cliff:
Sorry for staying mute so long.
At the beginning I followed the Budwig diet religiously, but
then I started neglecting it as I was too busy during the day.
I am feeling fine now, my PSA in March 02 was 3.0. I am 71 1/2
now and quite fit, still go to weight training, play tennis and do
bike rides or jogging on a regular basis.
I did not contact Dr. Budwig any more, as her treatment
has helped me. Maybe I will go and see her when I am in the
Black Forest (Germany) again.
What I still do:
- Massage with El-Di (electron-differentiating) oil, then shower
hot for 5 min, then cold for 5 min. Return to bed for 5-15 min.
- Breakfast:
- 2 glasses of green tea
- 250 g Quark or cottage cheese with 5 tbs FSO.
Normally I add a plop of honey, some flavoring and 2 tbs
ground flax seed or Linomel, and a fruit (berries, banana, etc.)
- Multivitamin (Spectro-3, Solaray), 1000 mg C (tablets), E,
Se, CoQ10, CaMgZn, B compound.
I am busy the entire day (40 % in the US, 50% in Germany,
10% travelling), so I do not/cannot follow any special diet.
I simply avoid the "prohibited foods", and mostly everything
that has been processed.
And I never miss reading the fso mail - a great thing.
