Hi Rex!


As I reviewed your program the first time, I realized that I have
actually been on the right track. However, it was crystal clear to me
that I was not nearly aggressive enough in my approach. Rather that
doing all of the things that you are doing, I was only doing a couple
of things at a time--no wonder I was not seeing results the way I was
hoping I would!


And it was only early this year that I learned the importance of
working on the elimination system. For the past 10 years, I was
simply trying to build up my immune system. I realize now that a
person needs this mult-pronged approach, if they are going to get
better.


Early this year I had 10 colon hydrotherapy sessions. They were
exceptionally grueling and left me in a very weakened condition. When
I went to see this lady, on her first visit she said to me "you are
dying." And I knew that she was correct, because when I was so very
sick (especially when I was laying in my bed at night) I would say to
myself over and over "you are dying." Now this was not some type of
negative affirmation that I was repeating, but rather a simple
statement of fact. When doing the colon hydrotherapy sessions, it was
clear that I was filled with toxic material and I started to see why
all of those supplements I had been taking over the years were not
really doing anything.


I have had incredible problems with my bowels with this illness and
really believe that this is where I should have started with my
recovery. It took us nine sessions before my bowels started
functioning "normally." I remember her shouting, "Finally, you are
having normal movements."


After my sessions (which I was unable to continue due to the cost), I
started doing my own enemas; however, I was only doing two per week
(salt and baking soda) and one coffee enema per month. I was
concerned about becoming dependent upon enemas in order to have bowel
movements. My colon hydrotherapist also had me doing a psyllium husk
and bentonite clay drink in order to remove toxins and keep things
moving.

In looking at your program, Rex, I am wondering if I should be more
aggressive with doing enemas.


One other thing that I would add to your protocol, for myself, is a
Candida program as I know I have a severe case. I went on Nystatin (a
pharmaceutical) this summer and within a week had a noticeable
improvement (not only to me, but to everyone else around me) in my
health. Unfortunately, shortly after staring the Nystatin, I had a
nasty ear infection that wouldn't clear up. Because I had lost my
hearing, I went and got antibiotics--I had to go on two rounds. This
would have brought me back to square one with the Candida. Because I
had to beg a doctor for my prescription, I decided to save it, as my
mom told me that I had to get rid of the parasites before I worked on
the Candida. So this is where I am at now, but I see that I will have
to drastically revamp my program.


Once again, I can't thank you enough for opening my eyes and giving me
a starting place.
