Cancer Will Double In the Next 20 Years

Cancer deaths will double over the next 20 years, the former chief of the World Health Organization's (WHO) cancer program warned Monday.
The WHO estimated that the number of new cases of cancer would increase from 10 million to 20 million per year and the number of deaths from 6 million to 12 million per year.
Three quarters of these patients will live in developing countries where better sanitation, housing and medical care will boost life expectancy but bring many more people into the cancer age range, he explained.

Smoking and diet were each estimated to cause 3 million cancers a year.

DR. MERCOLA'S COMMENT:
Yes folks, cancer is rapidly increasing. I am surprised that it is not increasing even faster than it has. When one considers that 90% of the food that Americans consume is processed, the huge amount of pesticide and heavy metal exposures, EMF exposure, stress, and lack of exercise and sleep, it is surprising that cancer is not more prevalent than it currently is.
Many are not aware how much of a potent influence sugar and grains are on cancer. If you are not familiar with the connection please review the links below.
