Welcome! This group is for Canadian LP's/Dwarfs to come together. We'll talk medical issues especially pertaining to CANADIANS, equipment, social, life and other things that pertain to being little.

We are NOT medical professionals-anyone of us can write in with our thoughts and experiences-but that is all that it is. I am DEA mom to 2 daughters with achondroplasia and I am a mom who also has achondroplasia. With this experience I am open to share and support when I can.

The canadiansiteforachondroplasia was our group for several years and we grew to almost 90 members! This was a group that Pamela, mom to a 7 year old adopted daughter Chanysse created. Chanysse has achondroplasia/spina bifida and arnold chiari malformatiion. Pamela started this group with her in mind along with her other 3 adopted kids.

We felt the positive energy and highly spirited group grow and blossom 100 fold over the years! We just know we can continue going to great places and friendships that this group started! Developing our new group even more with our new name and additional members! There was a mix up with yahoo and we can no longer find the group! So we created another site to replace it! So please come back one and all! May the photo of Chanysse on this cover page be your beacon to help you all return! We are back in business and await your arrival! Pamela and I will look after this group from now on and keep it safe!
