Ok I agree this is more than a incident,but do me a favor and give us
some back round on why this is important! Will this effect other areas
of the country? Or other County's in Wisconsin? I live in Wisconsin so
it is interesting to me...But I haven't been following this. So
explain it so we all have an idea whats going on! Thanks!
