You are invited to the Utah County Gluten Intolerance Group's Store
Tour Night!

Are you still unsure about what's safe to eat? Do you dread going
to the store and having to search for gluten-free food? Then this
special night is planned for you. Here is your chance to have an
experienced GF shopper walk through a grocery store with you, and
answer your questions.

It's Thursday night, Sept. 21 at 7pm at the Orem Harmon's at 8th
East and 8th North. We will meet upstairs to start. There are
stairs at both front entrances – just look for our signs. (Free!)

In addition:

On Tuesday, Sept 26th Kirsti and Betsy of www.eatingglutenfree.com
are teaching a GF cooking class in Provo Macey's Little Theater.
7:00 p.m. They will have 3 different gluten free noodles there to
try along with a bunch of different sauces.(Free Food!)

In October, we are having the Dietitian from Central Utah Clinic,
Rachel Higginson RD, speak to us. Her topic is "Food Frenzy"--How to
follow a healthy, gluten-free diet. We will also have a demo of some
amazing Minute Mixes from Food-Tek. (More details in the Sept. GIG
