Welcome back to school everyone!

A friend who works on campus told me that there is gluten-free food
available at the Cannon Center. If you know anything about this please
post the details here. How did you arrange it? Is it really safe? It
would be very helpful to future BYU students.


The University of Chicago (where they have a Celiac Disease Research
Center) has great info for their future celiac students and the GF
college experience in general. It would be great if we could get this
kind of info on this site too.
