Main Floor, Cafeteria Classroom
How are you doing on the Gluten-Free diet? We will have a Gluten-Free 101 Class. If you are not new to the diet, please join us to share information and experiences about living gluten-free. Parents of celiac kids will have a special discussion group. Refreshments have been donated by Namaste Foods. (Brownies, Spice Cake and Cookies) There will be door prizes too! Support group meetings are free and open to the public.
GIG Annual Education Conference

Attending just the Exhibitor Area for the day, $20.00 per person.
The exhibitor area will have over 45 plus exhibitors all specializing in Gluten Free foods, information or services. You may experience just the exhibitor booths for a day for a charge of $20.00 to be paid the day you choose to attend. Each day does cost $20.00 per entry and you will receive a wrist ticket to gain access to the exhibitors for the day. Make sure you pay through the registration booth at the Conference.
Attending the Conference for the Day, $70.00 per day –per person.
Another option you may choose if you're just finding out about the conference or would like to attend at the last minute. You may register to attend the conference for the day without lunch provided for $70.00. This is paid for each day you choose to come and you will go to the registration booth at the Conference to get your wrist ticket to allow you to attend the conference for the day.
Lunch and/or childcare are not included in these options.

Enjoy a program filled with information, exhibits and a chance to get to know others with celiac disease. World-class experts speak on various aspects of gluten intolerances.
