Hey guys,
For those of you who are struggling with this, I would recommend the
work of Eckhart Tolle, in particular his books The Power of NOW and A
New Earth.
It won't happen immediately but I just noticed that I don't really
have negative thoughts anymore - sure when something bad happens I
will have a bad reaction but using his tools I snap out of it straight
away - for example today a real difficult client was demanding this
and that, and my mood sort of dropped.
I have tried a whole heap of various different methods and so on.
Eckhart Tolle is the truth - although the awakeneing process as he
calls it begins immediately, the compulsive thought process won't die
out straight away.
