Hello everybody!
It was not an easy beginning… My method is as follows: I am an
observer of my thoughts; every time I realize some negative thought
enters, I catch it and replace with the positive thought. I realized
that any negative thought is harmful for me, influence negatively my
mind and produce the outcome I don't want to produce. This is just
insane, so why shall I think negative?
This weekend I had a long discussion about this topic with my
boyfriend. He completely supports me and this gives me additional
strength to accomplish this goal.
Yesterday I prepared lots of cards with motivational sentences; every
time I sense some negative thoughts coming, I read these sentences
and everything feels better.
