Things have been going mostly well on my end with staying positive,
I've been able to keep myself from thinking negative thoughts after I
notice them. One problem I was having is that sometimes my mood takes
a downturn for seemingly no reason. I don't notice any thoughts that
come along with it, but for whatever reason I feel worse. Makes things
a bit harder though earlier I tried combating it with saying a lot of
positive comments to myself and that seemed to work. I'd like to work
on bringing those 'hidden' negative thoughts out in the open.
