Re: First Day Progress

My day too was good! The previous evening I had a session of theta
healing (www.orion-thetahealing.com), so I don't know if it's the
happiness or the theta healing, but everything is good here.

It was a day of various challenges, but they were just delays or
minor interruptions rather than problems. Or at least that's how I
chose to see them.

Something I've been attempting to do in the background for months
now, I try to keep all utterances, and written comments positive.
When my daughter was young (preschool), the daycare workers were not
allowed to say NO to the children. It was actually a rule. I was at
first astounded, then amazed at how well it works. They said
everything in the positive and the children were usually happy and
calm. If a child did something wrong (hit another child for
instance), they would make a fuss over the "victim" and get
the "attacker" to go play somewhere else for a while. It worked
brilliantly. So the "bad" child was treated positively (his parents
were informed, tho), but saw that good behaviour gets more attention.

Affirmations/intentions should always be written in the positive,
people say your subconscious or the universe can only understand
positives, it ignores negatives, so if you affirm or intend for
example, "I don't want any more pain", Whatever it is that works
these things, just hears, " I ...want...pain". So I recommend
keeping all words positive, wherever possible, and it's more often
than you might think! Ooh I might write a proper post on this!

Hey SubZero, One thing that helps is detaching yourself from the negative emotions. Try to feel it. What does it feel like? Where is it located? Is it a heat,...

Wow thanks for the suggestions. I went and attempted to observe the emotion, and noticed that if I focused and "felt" where it was in the body long enough it...
