Hey that is a great suggestion! I tried it just now, sending love to
an image of my ex...all of a sudden my face scrunched up - nearly
crying in sadness...I stopped out of shock... in a few minutes I went
back and tried to do it but the sadness was much less in intensity...
I went on to a meditation that I read in a book about chakra
healing...in essence imagining myself in a castle where my heart was
and healing it (mine was crushed under rocks and pillars and I had to
remove it)...
Strangely enough during the entire meditation the physical uneasiness
and tightness in my chest/heart area corresponded to the
visualisations of me removing the stone and healing the scars with
light and love (sounds very gay, 2 months ago I would laugh at posts
like this). After a while my physical chest (and it still is now)
feels "minty" like someone rubbed a peppermint cream or something onto
it. It feels great and my spirits are definitely much much better then
it was.
So, to all others, definitely recommend Mark's suggestion, as well as
an investigation into chakras. Good luck to all!
